摘　　要：本文通过优化葡萄酒厂水平圆盘式硅藻土过滤机过滤操作方法,总结出了一套完整的硅藻土过滤操作方案,以期为葡萄酒厂粗滤提供操作理论和实际依据,也为葡萄酒后续的工艺处理提供了可靠的保证。In this paper, by optimizing the filtration method of the horizontal disc diatomite filter, a complete diatomite filtration operation scheme is summarized to provide operational theory and practical basis for the coarse filtration of the winery and provide a reliable guarantee for the subsequent wine processing.
