摘  要:在雷电冲击波作用下,研究了变压器油纸绝缘体系未发生击穿时油中溶解气体组分及含量的变化趋势。结果表明:纯油绝缘体系和油纸绝缘体系在真空处理前后的雷电冲击击穿电压均变化不大,说明油和纸板中微量水分及气体对绝缘体系的雷电冲击没有负面影响。油纸绝缘体系比纯油绝缘体系承受的雷电冲击电压更高,随着绝缘纸板数量的增加,油纸绝缘体系的击穿电压升高,其内部发生轻微放电的概率增大,油中乙炔气体和氢气含量明显增加。The variation trend of dissolved gas compositions and their content in oil of transformer oil-paper insulation system under lightning impulse voltage was studied. The results show that the breakdown voltage of pure transformer oil and oil-paper insulation system before and after vacuum treatment changes little, which indicates that the trace moisture and gas in the oil and insulation cardboard have no negative effect on the insulation system. The lightning impulse withstand voltage of oil-paper insulation system is higher than that of pure oil insulation system. With the increase of the number of insulation cardboard, the breakdown voltage of the oil-paper insulation system is improved, the probability of slight discharge inside the oil-paper insulation system increases, and the content of acetylene and hydrogen in oil increases obviously.
