胃癌根治术患者自我感受负担、社会支持程度及生活质量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌根治术患者社会支持程度、生活质量与自我感受负担的关系。方法采用社会支持评定、健康调查量表和自我感受负担量表对103例胃癌根治术患者进行调查,应用t检验和方差分析等方法进行数据的统计分析。结果胃癌根治术患者普遍存在自我感受负担,并且患者家庭关系、工作收入、职业及文化程度影响患者自我感受负担程度;患者自我感受负担与社会支持程度和社会支持的利用度呈负相关,与生命质量总分与生理状态、情感情况及功能状况呈负相关。结论为了增强患者生活质量,提高临床疗效,临床应根据患者实际情况实施相应的社会支持干预。Objective To investigate the effect of social support on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with radical gastrectomy. Methods The data of 103 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of our hospital during the past two years were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received the social support through communication and psychological nursing. Then the changes in the social support,self-perceived burden and quality of life were observed. Results After intervention,social support and quality of life were significantly improved. The self-perceived burden and quality of life among selected patients were mainly influenced by the family relationships,work income,occupation and education level. The total social support rating scores were negatively correlated with utilization of support,while the total score of the quality of life was negatively correlated with physiological status,mental or emotional status and function levels. Conclusion It’s necessary to provide corresponding social support intervention according to the actual situation of patients,so as to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
