摘　　要：目的检测P14^ARF在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与胃癌患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法收集104例胃癌患者的存档蜡块,应用免疫组化染色法检测P14^ARF在正常胃黏膜组织及胃癌组织中的表达。结果 P14^ARF在胃癌组织表达的的阳性率低于正常组织;P14^ARF的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及AJCC病理分期相关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度及远隔转移无相关性;P14^ARF阳性表达的患者5年生存率明显高于阴性表达(P<0.05)。结论 P14^ARF蛋白表达缺失可能在胃癌发生、侵袭和转移过程中发挥着重要作用,P14^ARF蛋白阳性表达的胃癌患者预后相对较好。Objective To investigate the expression of P14ARF in gastric cancer and its correlation with the clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect P14ARF expression in gastric cancer tissues and paired normal gastric mucosa of 104 cases. Results The expression of P14ARF was downregulated in gastric cancer tissues compared with normal tissues(P<0.05). The expression of P14ARF was associated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and AJCC clinical staging(P<0.05), but not with sex, the size of tumor, differentiation level and distant metastasis. The increased expression of P14ARF was associated with high five-year survival rate(P<0.05). Conclusion Loss of P14ARF expression may play an important role in the carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. High expression of P14ARF suggests better prognosis.
