重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失应用不同材料牙周夹板治疗后血清氧化应激、骨代谢及炎症反应指标变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用不同材料的牙周夹板治疗重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失对相关指标的影响。方法:纳入重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失患者84 例,根据治疗方法分为树脂夹板组和高强纤维牙周夹板组( n = 42),比较2 组患者治疗前后的血清氧化应激、骨代谢及炎症反应指标变化情况。结果:高强纤维夹板组和树脂夹板组治疗有效率分别为95. 24%和78. 57%( P < 0. 05)。治疗后4 周,高强纤维夹板组氧化应激、骨代谢及炎症反应指标改善情况优于对照组( P < 0. 05)。结论:高强纤维牙周夹板治疗重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失其效果优于树脂牙周夹板。Objective: To investigate the effect of periodontal splint of different materials in the treatment of severe periodontitis and anterior tooth loss. Methods: 84 patients with severe periodontitis and anterior tooth loss were divided into resin splint group( RS) and high-strength fiber periodontal splint( HSF) group according to the treatment methods( n = 42). The changes of serum oxidative stress, bone metabolism and inflammatory response were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate of HSF group and RS group was 95. 24% and 78. 57% respectively( P < 0. 05). 4 weeks after treatment,the improvement of oxidative stress,bone metabolism and inflammatory response in HSF group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of high strength fiber periodontal splint in the treatment of severe periodontitis and anterior teeth loss is better than that of resin periodontal splint.
