摘　　要：目的:探讨常规口腔卫生宣教结合菌斑控制的个性化指导在牙周维护中的临床效果。方法:将纳入的61 例患者区组随机化分组,对照组( n = 31)行常规口腔卫生宣教,实验组( n = 30)行常规口腔卫生宣教+菌斑控制的个性化指导,于基线、治疗后2、5、8 个月行牙周临床指标、口腔卫生行为、主观症状的记录。结果:在随访期2 组牙周临床指标较基线均显著下降(均P < 0. 05),实验组较对照组、前牙相对后牙下降更明显。2 组口腔卫生行为、主观症状较基线显著改善,试验组优于对照组(均P < 0. 05)。结论:常规口腔卫生宣教结合菌斑控制的个性化指导对牙周维护疗效肯定。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of conventional oral hygiene instruction ( OHI) combined with personalized plaque control in periodontal maintenance. Methods: 61 patients were randomly into 2 groups and received OHI only in control group ( n = 31) and OHI with personalized plaque control in experimental group( n = 30) respectively. Clinical parameters,oral hygiene behaviors and subjective symptoms were recorded at baseline,2 and 5 and 8months after treatment. Results: Both methods decreased the periodontal indexes after the instruction( all P < 0. 05),The indexes of experimental group was lower than those of the control group and the effects on anterior teeth were superior to those on the posterior teeth. Oral hygiene behavior and subjective symptoms of experimental group were significantly improved,and improved more than those of control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The conventional( OHI) combined with personalized plaque control can be used as an important means for the periodontal maintenance.
