摘 要:目的:系统评价益生菌辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、VIP 和WanFang Data 数据库,收集益生菌辅助治疗牙周炎的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2017 年9 月30 日。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料和纳入研究的质量评估,采用RevMan 5. 3 软件进行Meta 分析。结果:最终纳入6 个随机对照研究,包括197 例患者,Meta 分析结果显示,益生菌治疗组的牙周炎患者治疗前后PI、GI、BOP、PD、CAL 的下降值均显著高于与安慰剂组( P < 0. 05)。益生菌治疗组的牙周炎患者治疗前后口腔Pg 菌数下降值显著高于安慰剂组( P < 0. 05),而Aa、Pi 菌数下降值与安慰剂组无显著差异( P > 0. 05)。结论:益生菌辅助治疗牙周炎具有更佳的临床效果。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of probiotics on periodontitis. Methods: The randomized clinical trials observing the effects of probiotics on periodontitis were searched in Database. Research selection,data extraction,quality assessment of the researches were completed by 2 researchers independently. Meta-analysis was carry out by RevMan 5. 3. Results: 6 randomized clinical trials including 197 patients were selected. Meta-analysis showed that the reduction of PI,GI,BOP,PD,CAL and the number of Pg in probiotics group were more than those in placebo group( P < 0. 05). There were no significant difference in the bacterial number of Aa and Pi between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Adjunctive therapy with probiotics in more effective than scaling and root planing only in the treatment of periodontitis.
