摘　　要：目的: CBCT 扫描三维重建并测量呼和浩特地区蒙、汉族正常[牙合]人群牙冠转矩数据,对比研究不同民族、不同性别牙冠转矩的差异性。方法:对呼和浩特市大学城学生进行普查筛选,选取60 名正常[牙合]志愿者,其中蒙汉族学生各30 名,男女各15 名。对样本进行CBCT 扫描,三维重建并测量,得出数据采用配对t 检验进行对比研究。结果:建立本地区蒙、汉族男女牙冠转矩的均数及标准差。男性蒙、汉族对比在U6、L5、L7 牙冠转矩差异有统计学意义;女性间蒙、汉族比较在U2、U5、U6、L1、L2 差异有统计学意义。结论:临床矫治蒙、汉族不同民族患者,应适当调整矫治量。Objective: To measure the crown torque of the people of Han nationality and the Mongolian in Hohhot by CBCT. Methods: 60 volunteers,aged 16 - 21 years,with normal occlusion in the university town of Hohhot were included,among them 30 were Hans and 30 Mongolians,30 were males and 30 females. The upper and lower jaws of the selected samples were scanned by CBCT, and images were measured. The data were analyzed through the comparison between right and left sides,genders and ethnicities by paired-t test. Results: The mean and standard deviation of normal occlusal crown torque of the men and women in Han nationality and the Mongolian were established. The crown torque of U6,L5 and L7 between Mongolian and Han nationality was statistically different in the males;that of U2、U5、U6、L1 and L2 was statistically different in females. Conclusion: In orthodontic treatment ,correctional quantity should be different between for Mongolian and Han.
