摘 要:目的:评价不同浓度Octenisept 溶液对根管内粪肠球菌的清除效果。方法:在70 颗单根管离体牙上建立体外粪肠球菌感染根管模型,随机分为7 组( n = 10),其中A、B、C 组分别用5. 25%、2. 5%及1%次氯酸钠冲洗根管,D、E、F 组分别用100%、50%及25% Octenisept 溶液冲洗,G 组用0. 9% NaCl 冲洗。冲洗前、后根管内取样进行细菌计数。结果:各组冲洗液冲洗后细菌数量均明显下降( P < 0. 01),7组细菌数量减少的顺序从大到小依次为A 组、B 组、D 组、C 组、E 组、F 组、G 组。其中A 组与其余各组间差异显著( P < 0. 05 );B 组、D 组间差异无显著性( P > 0. 05),与其余各组间有显著差异( P < 0. 05);C 组与E 组间差异无显著性( P > 0. 05),与其余各组间有显著差异( P < 0. 05)。结论: 100% Octenisept 溶液对粪肠球菌的抗菌性能与2. 5%次氯酸钠溶液相近,优于1%次氯酸钠,可有效清除根管内粪肠球菌。Objective: To study the in vitro effectiveness of octenidine hydrochloride( Octenisept) at different concentrations in the elimination of Enterococcus faecalis( E. faecalis). Methods: 70 single-rooted human teeth infected with E. faecalis for 21 days were randomly divided into 7 groups( n = 10). The teeth of each group were irrigated with 5. 25%NaOCl( group A),2. 5% NaOCl( group B),1%NaOCl( group C),100% Octenisept( group D),50% Octenisept( group E),25% Octenisept( group F) and 0. 9% NaCl ( group G) respectively. The numbers of bacteria in root canals of each group were calculated before and after irrigation. Results: The number of E. faecalis in root canal in all groups were effectively reduced( P < 0. 01). Group A showed stronger effect than group B ~ G( P < 0. 05),group B showed no significant difference compared with group D( P > 0. 05) and showed difference from other groups( P < 0. 05). Group C showed no significant different compared with group E( P > 0. 05) and was different from the other groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: 100% Octenisept can effectively remove the E. faecalis in root canal,it is more effective than 1% NaOCl and is similar to 2. 5%NaOCl.
