摘　　要：上颌第二前磨牙大多数为单根管或者双根管,三根三根管发生率较低,该文报道上颌第二前磨牙三根管1 例。The maxillary second premolars mostly have single root cana or double root canals,the incidence of the three roots with three root canals is rate. In this paper,one case of the maxillary second premolar with three root canals is reported.
