摘 要:研究目的:兰新高铁通过甘肃境内的安西风区和新疆境内的烟墩风区、百里风区、三十里风区、达坂城风区等五大风区,区内风力强劲,大风天数多,严重危及行车安全,影响运输效率。防风标准的研究是防风工程设计的前提,是确定防风工程设计原则、范围的重要依据。为保证列车安全、快速、正常运营,最大限度地减少列车的停轮与限速,需研究兰新高铁防风标准,以采取合理的防风措施。研究结论:防风标准包括风区设置防风工程后允许的限速天数及合理的列车运行速度限值,综合分析大风区不同风速的频率及不同类型的防风结构在大风条件下保证列车安全运行的能力,研究提出:(1)运营预期目标为大风条件下列车原则上尽量少停轮,列车限速天数控制在全年的10%左右;(2)防风结构能力为:大风条件下设挡风墙(屏)地段列车速度限值提高10 m/s,设封闭(半封闭)挡风结构地段列车速度限值提高20 m/s;(3)本研究成果可为戈壁大风区或类似环境地区的铁路工程建设提供借鉴。Research purposes: Lanzhou-Urumqi High-speed Railway passes through Anxi Wind Zone in Gansu Province and Yandun Wind Zone,Baili Wind Zone,Sanshili Wind Zone and Dabancheng Wind Zone in Xinjiang. The wind is strong in the area and there are many windy days,which seriously endanger the safety of driving and affect the efficiency of transportation. The study of wind-break standards is the premise of wind-break engineering design and an important basis for determining the principles and scope of wind-break engineering design. In order to ensure the safe,fast and normal operation of the train and minimize the stop and speed limit of the train,it is necessary to study the wind-break standard of Lanzhou-Urumqi High-speed Railway in order to take reasonable wind-break measures.Research conclusions: Wind-break standards include allowable speed-limiting days and reasonable speed limits for trains after wind-break engineering are set up in wind zones. The frequency of different wind speeds in wind zones and the ability of different types of wind-break structures to ensure safe operation of trains under strong wind conditions are comprehensively analyzed.( 1) The expected operation target is that trains should stop as little as possible in principle under strong wind conditions,and the number of days with train speed limit should be controlled at about 10% of the whole year.( 2) The capacity of wind-break structure is: the speed limit of trains with wind-break walls( barrier) is increased by 10 m/s and that of trains with closed( semi-closed) wind-break structures is increased by 20 m/s under strong wind conditions.( 3) The research results can provide reference for railway construction in Gobi gale area or similar environment area.
