摘 要:传统负压铸造中的负压控制主要依靠人的经验及设备运行状态,其控制精度及智能化较低。对汽车车桥支撑板负压铸造工艺进行了分析,针对负压铸造系统运用PLC中的PID模糊算法对变频器的运行频率进行了精确控制,变频器控制真空泵驱动电机的转速得到了不同的负压值,实现对负压的实时控制、调整及监控。在实际生产中进行了应用。结果表明,负压智能控制稳定迅速,实时控制误差在0.5kPa以内,控制精度较高。该智能化控制系统高效、可靠,能为负压铸造及成型工艺的智能化生产提供参考。In the traditional negative pressure casting process, the negative pressure control mainly depends on the human experience and the operation state of the equipment, and its control precision and intelligence are low. The negative pressure casting process of the autornobile axle support plate was analyzed. Aiming at the negative pressure casting system, the frequency of frequency converter was precisely controlled by PID fuzzy algorithm in PLC. Different negative pressure values was obtained by frequency transformer controlling the speed of the drive motor of the vacuum pump, the real time control adjusting and monitoring of the negative pressure were realized. It was applied in actual production. The results show that the negative pressure intelligent control is stable and rapid, the real-time control error is within 0.5 kPa, and the control accuracy is high. The intelligent control system is efficient and reliable and can provide reference for the intelligent production of negative pressure casting and molding process.
