摘　　要：在科技高速发展的社会,知识产权对于企业发展的重要性无需多言,大企业在发展过程中重视知识产权,中小企业更需要根据自身特点制定知识产权战略。论文分析了中小企业知识产权的现状,强调构建中小企业知识产权战略的重要意义,最后介绍了如何构建中小企业知识产权战略。In a society with rapid development of science and technology, the importance of intellectual property for the development of enterprises goes without saying. Large enterprises attach importance to intellectual property in the development process, and small and medium-sized enterprises need to formulate intellectual property strategy according to their own characteristics. This paper analyzes the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises' intellectual property, emphasizes the importance of constructing small and medium-sized enterprises' intellectual property strategy, and finally introduces how to construct small and medium-sized enterprises' intellectual property strategy.
