摘 要:对比聚酯纤维的改性效果,通过室内试验研究了玄武岩纤维改性沥青混合料的相关性能,结果表明,玄武岩纤维在沥青混合料中的最佳掺入量为0.3%;掺入0.3%玄武岩纤维后的沥青混合料,其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性均得到了显著的提升,且各项路用性能均优于掺加0.3%聚酯纤维的沥青混合料。工程应用实例表明,采用玄武岩纤维改性沥青混合料铺筑的沥青路面,未出现车辙等早期病害,通车4年内路面平整度较好,未出现明显裂缝,实际应用效果显著,应用前景广阔。Compared with the modification effect of polyester fibers,the related properties of basalt fibers modified asphalt mixtures were studied by laboratory tests.The results showed that the optimum content of basalt fibers in asphalt mixtures was 0.3%,and the high temperature stability,low temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixtures with 0.3%basalt fibers were significantly improved.The performance of asphalt mixture is better than that of asphalt mixture with 0.3%polyester fiber.The engineering application example shows that after the asphalt pavement is paved with basalt modified asphalt mixture,there are no early diseases such as rutting and no obvious cracks on the asphalt pavement during the first four years of operation.The practical application effect is excellent and the application prospect is broad.
