老年精神障碍患者无抽搐电休克治疗后脑部功能的变化观察

摘　　要：目的分析探讨在老年精神障碍患者治疗过程中应用无抽搐电休克对其脑部功能的影响。方法将本院收治的86例老年精神障碍患者进行研究,对所有患者均应用无抽搐电休克治疗措施,对比患者治疗前后的后脑部功能变化情况和不良反应发生情况。结果本次实验研究表示,在86例患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率为8.13%,患者治疗后的基础指标具有一定波动,数据对比具有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑部功能指标治疗前后变化不显著,治疗前后的数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。讨论在老年精神障碍患者治疗过程中应用无抽搐电休克具有显著的治疗效果,而且对患者自身的健康安全没有产生不良影响,具有较高的治疗安全性,但是在治疗期间需要严格监测患者不良反应发生情况,值得在临床治疗过程中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of non-tic electroconvulsive shock on brain function in the treatment of senile patients with mental disorders.Methods 86 elderly patients with mental disorders were studied in our hospital,and all patients were treated with non-tic electroconvulsive therapy,and the changes of posterior brain function and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results In this experimental study, the incidence of adverse reactions in 86 patients during the treatment was 8.13%,and the basic indicators of the patients after treatment fluctuated to a certain extent,with significant difference in data comparison (P<0.05).The changes of brain function indicators before and after treatment were not significant,and the data before and after treatment were P>0.05.To Conclusion The application in the process of treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders without tic electric shock has significant therapeutic effect,and no adverse effect to the patient's own health and safety,has the high safety treatment,but need strict monitoring of patients during treatment and the adverse reaction is worthy of popularization and application in the process of clinical treatment.
