摘　　要：随着国家经济发展速度与模式的调整,煤炭地质单位产业结构不合理、缺乏产业支撑、动力不足等历史积累的问题,已严重影响到煤炭地质单位的生存与发展。因此深化企业改革,规范煤炭地质单位企业化运作方式,加快混合所有制改革是破解煤炭地质单位困境的可行路径。建立和完善现代企业制度、创新现代企业组织制度及深化现代企业管理制度是煤炭地质单位深化企业改革成功的重要保障。在集团-二级公司-三级企业法人企业管理框架下,应重视二级公司模式及建设,并在深化煤炭地质单位企业改革的进程中处理好事业与企业的关系。Along with national economic development speed and mode adjustment, the historical accumulated issues of unreasonable industrial structure, lack of industrial support and insufficient impetus have already seriously impacted coal geological exploration unit survival and development. Thus to deepen enterprise reform, specify enterprise operation mode and speed up diversified ownership reform are the feasible path to solve the dilemma of coal geological exploration units. Establishment and perfection of modern enterprise system, innovation of modern enterprise organization system are important guarantees to deepen successful enterprise reform. Under the enterprise management framework of group-secondary enterprise-tertiary enterprise legal person, the secondary enterprise mode and construction should be paid attention to, during the process of coal geological exploration unit reform deepening, the relationship between institution and enterprise should be well handled.
