摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化锆髓腔固位冠在修复磨牙残冠中的临床疗效。方法选取61例患者的86颗下颌磨牙进行研究,完善牙周处理及根管治疗,2周后制作二氧化锆髓腔固位冠,采用树脂粘接剂粘固。复查修复体情况、牙周组织健康状况、基牙及冠的情况。结果在观察期间,86颗患牙修复体除了1例出现基牙松动、1例冠脱落外均无其他临床不可接受的状况发生,修复体保存率与成功率为97.67%。结论二氧化锆髓腔固位冠用于磨牙残冠根管治疗术后修复中的临床效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of zirconia endocrown in repairment of residual crown of molar.Methods A total of 86 mandibular molars from 61 patients were selected into this study,and periodontal treatment and root canal treatment were completed.Two weeks later,zirconia endocrown were made and bonded with resin adhesive.The prosthetic condition,periodontal tissue health,abutments and crown were reviewed.Results During the observation period,there were no other clinical unacceptable conditions except one case of abutment loosening and one case of crown falling off.The preservation rate and success rate of the restorations were 97.67%.Conclusion Zirconia endocrown has good clinical effect in the restoration of molar residual crown after root canal therapy.
