摘　　要：目的分析异甘草酸镁注射液在丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高的慢性肝病患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的ALT升高的慢性肝病患者100例,并按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,观察组给予异甘草酸镁注射液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者ALT、AST水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者ALT、AST水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组心悸、皮疹、呕吐及头晕发生率均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论采用异甘草酸镁注射液治疗ALT升高的慢性肝病效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in chronic liver disease patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT).Methods A total of 100 chronic liver disease patients with elevated ALT admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random allocation,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection,while the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of ALT and AST between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of palpitation,rash,vomiting and dizziness in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic liver diseases with elevated ALT,and it has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
