益气养阴解毒汤联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者在常规化疗基础上联合益气养阴解毒汤的治疗效果及安全性。方法将105例非小细胞肺癌患者用掷硬币法随机分为两组,化疗组52例行常规化疗,联合组53例于化疗基础上加益气养阴解毒汤,3周一疗程,共治疗两个疗程。对比两组疗程结束后疗效、免疫抑制改善情况及化疗毒副反应。结果联合组治疗前后CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比较,P均<0.0005,NK细胞比较,P>0.05;化疗组治疗前后CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比较,P均<0.0005,NK细胞比较,P>0.05。两组治疗后CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比较,P均<0.0005,NK细胞比较,P>0.05。两组毒副反应发生率比较,P均<0.05。结论益气养阴解毒汤联合常规化疗可提高患者免疫功能及治疗效果,还可降低化疗毒副反应,安全有效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 105 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups by coin toss.52 patients in chemotherapy group received routine chemotherapy and 53 patients in combination group received Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy.A treatment course lasted 3 weeks and there were two treatment courses.After treatment,the curative effect,immune suppression improvement and chemotherapy side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ before and after treatment in the combined group were compared with P<0.0005 and the comparison of NK cells was P>0.05.The CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ before and after treatment in chemotherapy group were compared with P<0.0005 and the comparison of NK cells was P>0.05.After treatment,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were compared between the two groups with P<0.0005 and the comparison of NK cells was P>0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and the rate of bone marrow suppression in the combination group were lower than those in the chemotherapy group,P<0.05.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with conventional chemotherapy can not only improve the immune function and therapeutic effect of patients,but also reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, which is safe and effective.
