强化“MDT”理念在口腔本科生实习教学中的改革探索

摘　　要：伴随科技的发展,口腔专科分类进一步细化。随之而来的是综合诊疗难以实现。同时,在口腔专科医院内,本科生实习范围局限,多为“单病单治”,职业能力胜任方面存在欠缺。“MDT”理念强调的是“一站式”多学科诊治,已在国内外得到广泛推广及应用。顺应学科发展趋势,西安交通大学口腔医院在实行理论课系统整合教学改革的基础之上,开始尝试新的临床实习模式:新增加综合科为临床实习科室,对实习生进行以“MDT”为主导的综合训练。经过一定时期的探索,发现实习生的综合思维得以提升。虽然尚是初探,但相信该模式会显示出其独特的优势,培养出更多的口腔医学优秀人才。With the development of science and technology, the classification of stomatology specialty is further refined. Thereafter, it is difficult to achieve the integrated diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, in the stomatological hospital, the scope of undergraduate internship is limited, mostly "single disease, single treatment", and there is a lack of professional competence. The concept of "MDT" emphasizes "one-stop" multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, which has been widely promoted and applied at home and abroad. Conforming to the development trend of discipline, Hospital of stomatology, Xi'an Jiaotong University began to try a new clinical practice mode on the basis of teaching reform of system integration of theory course:Department of General Dentistry is added as the clinical practice department, and interns are trained comprehensively with "MDT" as the leading factor. After a certain period of exploration, it is found that the comprehensive thinking of interns can be improved. Although it is still preliminary, we believe that this model will show its unique advantages and cultivate more excellent talents in stomatology.
