摘  要:反激式开关电源变压器的原边漏感对电路性能及电路中的功率开关管有很大影响,在变压器原边添加RCD钳位电路可抑制由原边漏感产生的电压过冲。但在实际电路设计中,RCD钳位电路参数没有明确的设计范围,大多由经验获得。给出RCD钳位电路参数设计范围,指出参数设计超出该范围会影响反激式开关电源变压器的能效。试验采用TNY277PN开关芯片电路,分析试验测试结果,验证理论研究的正确性和参数设计范围的实用性。The leakage inductance of the primary side of the fly-back switching power supply transformer has a great influence on the circuit performance as well as the power switch tube in the circuit. By adding a RCD clamping circuit to the primary side of the transformer, one can suppress voltage overshoot caused by leakage inductance of the primary side. In actual circuit design, however, there is no definite design scope for the parameters of the RCD clamping circuit, and they are obtained from experience in most cases. This paper gave the design scope of RCD clamping circuit parameters, and pointed out that parameter design beyond this range would affect the energy efficiency of the fly-back switching power supply transformer. In the experiment, TNY277PN switch chip circuit was used to analyze test results, and the correctness of the theoretical research and the practicability of the parameter design range were verified.
