摘  要:目的探讨不同月龄胎儿肝脏组织中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)和三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)含量的变化趋势。方法选取临床4~10个月月龄的胎儿肝脏组织,分别测定MDA、GSH、和ATP的含量。结果 7月龄的胎儿肝脏组织中MDA含量最低、GSH含量最高、ATP含量最高。结论 7月龄的胎儿肝脏组织的代谢水平较高(较旺盛),抗氧化能力较强。Objective To investigate thevariation trends of malondialdehyde (MDA),glutathione (GSH) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels in the liver of fetuses at different ages.Methods The liver tissues of fetuses aged 4 to 10 months were selected and the contents of MDA,GSH and ATP were determined. Results The contents of MDA were the lowest,and the contents ofGSH and ATP were the highest in the liver tissue of 7-month-old fetuses.Conclusion Fetal liver of 7 months has a higher metabolic level (more vigorous) and stronger antioxidant capacity.
