现代根管环境下干髓术未被淘汰的原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨现代根管环境下临床患者选择牙髓干尸治疗方法的相关影响因素。方法以2015-2017年来天津市公安医院进行第一或第二磨牙牙髓治疗的561例患者作为研究对象,根据台账上记录的详细信息,从年龄、牙位等方面分析患者选择治疗方法的影响因素。结果选择根管治疗的患者398例,占70.94%,选择干尸治疗的患者163例,占29.06%。同一牙位选择干尸治疗的患者比选择根管治疗的患者年龄大;牙位越靠近口腔后部,选择干尸治疗的人数占比越大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患者实际对牙髓治疗方法的选择,受主观因素的影响较客观因素影响大。年龄越大、牙位越靠后,患者选择干髓术的几率越大。Objective To explore the influencing factors of clinical patients’ choice of pulp mummification treatment under modern root canal environment.Methods 561 patients with first or second molar pulp treated in Tianjin Pub lic Security Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the detailed information recorded in the accounts, the influencing factors of patients’ choice of treatment methods were analyzed from the aspects of age and tooth position.Results 398 patients(70.94%)received root canal therapy and 163 patients(29.06%)received pulp mummification therapy.Patients who choose pulp mummification therapy at the same dental position were older than those who choose root canal therapy.The closer the teeth are to the back of the mouth,the larger the proportion of people who choose pulp mummification therapy,the differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The actual choice of dental pulp treatment methods is greatly influenced by subjective factors but not objective factors.The older people whose teeth are in the back of the mouth are more likely to choose pulp mummification.
