摘  要:目的探讨高血压脑出血患者行钻孔引流术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月-2018年9月汕头市中心医院收治的高血压脑出血患者80例为研究对象,将其中行传统的开颅手术治疗的40例患者设为对照组,另外行现代微创钻孔引流手术治疗的40例设为观察组。术后观察3个月,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及日常生活能力(ADL)分级情况。结果观察组术后3个月并发症发生情况明显低于对照组;观察组的ADL分级结果显示Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的例数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者实施现代微创技术支持下的钻孔引流术治疗,患者的日常生活能力明显提升,且患者术后发生并发症降低,整体的生命质量得到提升,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trepanation and drainage in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shantou Central Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects, 40 patients underwent traditional craniotomy as control group, and 40 patients underwent modern minimally invasive drilling and drainage as observation group.The situation of complications and ADL classification of the two groups were compared after 3 months.Results The situation of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 3 months after operation,and the ADL classification results of the observation group showed that the number of patients with Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Drilling and drainage with modern minimally invasive technology can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,reduce complications after operation and improve the overall quality of life.It has positive clinical popularization value.
