摘　　要：目的评价Hp感染合并活动性胃溃疡患者给予铝碳酸镁片联合泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗的有效性和安全性。方法泮托拉唑肠溶片组给予泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗,联合组给予铝碳酸镁片联合泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗。结果联合组治疗效果更好(P<0.05);两组患者治疗安全性对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论Hp感染合并活动性胃溃疡患者给予铝碳酸镁片联合泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗,安全性高,疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hp combined with active gastric ulcer.Methods Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets group was treated with Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets,while the combined group was treated with Magnesium Aluminate Tablets and Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets.Results The therapeutic effect of combined group was better(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the treatment safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium aluminium carbonate tablets combined with pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets are safe and effective in the treatment of patients with Hp infection and active gastric ulcer.
