R452B在多联式空气调节机中直接替代R410A制冷剂的试验研究与环境效应分析

摘　　要：对比分析了充注R410A和R452B的多联式空气调节机在不同工况条件下的运行参数。此外,还就制冷剂替代前后的直接排放环境效应进行了分析。结果表明:在对原机组不做任何改动,采用R452B制冷剂的机组与原R410A机组相比运行性能基本相当,减排效应良好。对比分析R410A和R452B的基本物性参数,并在R410A多联式空气调节机上开展直接充注R452B的替代试验研究。在替代前后保证机组名义制冷量基本相等(±2%误差)的条件下确定了R452B制冷剂的充注量。根据GB/T 18837-2015的工况条件测试了替代前后机组的制冷、制热以及全年性能系数的变化趋势。此外,还就制冷剂替代前后的直接排放环境效应进行了分析。结果表明,在对原机组不做任何改动,采用R452B制冷剂替代R410A制冷剂时,机组的充注量可以降低10%~15%,制冷、制热性能偏差保持在8%以内,机组的综合性能系数APF偏差保持在2%以内,CO2直接排放减排率约70%。The operating parameters of multi-connected air conditioner charged with R410 A and R452 B under different operating conditions were compared and analyzed. In addition,the environmental effect of direct emission before and after replacement of refrigerant was analyzed. The results show that the operating performance of the unit charged with refrigerant R452 B was basically equivalent to that of the unit charged with refrigerant R410 A under the condition of no modification to the original unit,and the emission reduction effect was good. The basic physical property parameters of R410 A and R452 B were compared and analyzed,and experimental study was carried out on direct replacement of refrigerant R410 A by refrigerant R452 B in the multi-connected air conditioning unit. Under the condition of ensuring that the nominal refrigerating capacity of the unit before and after replacement is basically equal (±2% error),the charge of refrigerant R452 B was determined. The change trends of cooling capacity,heating capacity and annual performance factor(APF) of the unit with different refrigerants were tested according to GB/T 18837-2015. In addition,the environmental effect of direct emission before and after replacement of refrigerant was analyzed. The results show that under the condition of no modification to the original unit,when the refrigerant R452 B was used instead of R410 A refrigerant,the refrigerant charge of the unit could be reduced by 10%~15%,the deviation of cooling and heating performance was kept within 8%,and the deviation of the integrated performance coefficient APF of the unit was kept within 2%,and the reduction rate of CO2 direct emission was about 70%.
