摘　　要：校园文化作为学校名片是提升院校教育实效性的载体。高职院校校园文化以社会主义核心价值观和工匠精神为引领实现学校规范学生言行、培养学生情商、承载学校思想政治教育等功能,并通过加强校园物质文化和精神文化建设、丰富学生社团活动等措施加强高职院校校园文化建设。Campus culture, as a school business card, is the carrier to improve the effectiveness of college education. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges is guided by the socialist core values and craftsmanship spirit to realize the functions of standardizing students’ words and deeds, cultivating students’ emotional intelligence and carrying ideological and political education. It also strengthens the construction of campus culture of higher vocational colleges by strengthening the construction of campus material culture and spiritual culture, enriching the activities of students’ associations and other measures and strengthening the construction of campus culture of higher vocational colleges.
