摘　　要：网红具有强大的吸粉力和号召力,这对青年大学生的思想政治教育带来了正能量榜样力量和负能量的传播效应,针对这些挑战,政府、高校及师生都要从自身的角度做好自己应尽的职责,从而实现培养有担当和责任感的接班人。A web celebrity has strong appeal and the ability to attract fans,which also has brought the positive energy model for power and the spread of negative energy effect on the youth ideological and political education of college students.According to these challenges, the government, universities, teachers and students should do their due duties from their own point of view, so as to achieve the training of a responsible successor.
