摘　　要：在具体的人才培养工作过程中,课程教学发挥着重要的作用,只有切实提升课程教学的综合效果才能真正地优化教学质量与教学水平,形成良好的人才培养机制,提升企业的综合发展水平。在实际的管理工作中,课程效果与人才培养呈现同步发展的状态,只有保证教学效果才能切实提升人才培养质量与水平,杜绝学与做分离问题的产生。针对上述问题,需要教师积极做好教学效果的优化工作,保证教学质量与教学水平,并不断进行探索与创新工作。In the specific process of talent training, curriculum teaching plays an important role. Only by improving the comprehensive effect of curriculum teaching can we truly optimize the teaching quality and level, form a good talent training mechanism, and improve the comprehensive development level of enterprises. In the actual management work, the effect of curriculum and talent training are developing synchronously. Only by guaranteeing the teaching effect can the quality and level of talent training be effectively improved and the problem of separation between learning and doing be eliminated. In view of the above problems, teachers should actively optimize teaching effect, ensure teaching quality and teaching level, and constantly explore and innovate.
