“一带一路”背景下农民工城市公德素养的建设

摘　　要：城市公德是公民在城市生活中必须遵守的最基本的生活道德准则,农民工若缺乏公德素养,便难以真正融入城市生活,无法成功向城市居民转型,不利于新型城镇化的发展。农民工城市公德缺失的原因是由不同因素共同作用的结果,应借助"一带一路"倡议这一良好契机,从公德教育、法制建设、农民工身份转变及公共环境建设四方面采取措施,提高农民工的公德素养,促成新型城镇化的良性稳步发展。City ethics is the most basic life ethics that citizens must abide by in urban life.If migrant workers lack city ethics,they will not be able to truly integrate themselves into urban life,neither can they be successfully transformed into urban residents,which is not conducive to the development of new urbanization.The reason for migrant workers’lack of city ethics results from the joint action of different factors.In this regard,we should take the good opportunity of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,and take measures from the four aspects:public moral education,legal construction,migrant workers’status changes and public environment construction.All the measures are supposed to improve migrant workers’public morality,and to promote the sound and steady development of new urbanization.
