案例教学法在民法学教学中的应用模式及改进

摘　　要：民法学教学中使用案例教学法已经成为课程常态,然而既有的案例教学法的应用,实践性教学效果并不突出,无法充分满足法学职业教育注重培养学生动手操作能力的需要。因此,民法学课程在案例教学模式的选择上尚需突出导向性,改进现有案例应用模式,以便更好地为民法实践教学服务。The use of case teaching method in the teaching of civil law has become the norm in the curriculum.However,the application of the existing case teaching method hasn’t achieved outstanding practical teaching results yet,and it cannot fully satisfy the need of legal vocational education,that is,focusing on cultivating students’hands-on ability.Therefore,the civil law course needs to be oriented in the choice of case teaching method,and to improve the existing case application model so as to better serve the practice teaching of civil law.
