摘  要:通过试验,对比不同稳弧电流搅拌方式对 TA10铸锭中镍元素的影响。在同样进行二次熔炼时,当一次熔炼采用直流稳弧电流时,成品铸锭出现了镍元素含量超标的现象,当一次熔炼采用交流稳弧电流时,成品铸锭镍元素含量满足标准要求。Through the experiment,the effect of the different steady arc current on Nickel element in TA10 ingot of titanium alloy made with VAR melting method was contrasted,and the chemical composition of the ingots were tested. The experimental results showed that in the TA10 ingots made with two times melting,Nickel element was over stangard when Dc steady arc current was used during the first melting,when Ac steady arc current was used during the first melting,the content of Nickel element was evenly distributed and meet standard requirement.
