摘　　要：本文报道1例误诊为原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤(primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus, PMME)的食管海绵状血管瘤伴血栓形成及机化,探讨食管血管瘤与PMME的区别。This article reported the difference between esophageal hemangioma and primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus (PMME) by reporting one case of cavernous hemangioma of the esophagus with PMME.
