摘　　要：随着医改的深入,参保人数日益增加,医院医保服务窗口的矛盾日渐突显。从政策、医院、患者因素深入分析医院医保前台窗口矛盾产生的原因,提出解决对策,对进一步缓解医保矛盾、提高医疗水平,构建和谐医患关系有着积极的指导意义。With the deepening of medical reform,the number of insured persons is increasing and the contradiction of hospital medical insurance service is increasingly prominent.This paper analyses the hospital medical insurance front window contradiction causes from the point of policy,hospital and patient factors.Putting forward countermeasures has positive guiding significance to further alleviate the construction medical insurance,improve medical level and construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
