流浪精神分裂症患者社会支持、应对方式对自评健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨流浪精神分裂症患者的社会支持、应对方式对自评健康的影响。方法 采用社会支持量表、应对方式问卷及自评健康量表对125例流浪精神分裂症患者进行调查研究。结果 社会支持与应对方式呈显著相关(r=0.38,P<0.01);社会支持与自评健康总分呈显著正相关(r=0.24,P<0.01);应对方式与自评健康总分相关性显著(r=0.26,P<0.01)。以自评健康总分为因变量的逐步回归分析结果显示,应对方式中的解决问题、幻想、退避和社会支持中的主观支持对流浪精神分裂症患者自评健康状况有预测作用(R2=0.315,P<0.05)。结论 流浪精神分裂症患者社会支持和应对方式影响其自评健康状况。应从提高其社会支持水平、改善应对方式着手,提高其自评健康水平。Objective To investigate the effect of social support and coping style in self-rated health in homeless patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 125 patients were assessed with Social Support Scale、Coping Style Questionnaire and Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0.Results There was a correlation among the social support and coping style(r=0.38,P<0.01).There was a correlation between the social support and self-rated health(r=0.24,P<0.01).There was a correlation between the coping style and self-rated health(r=0.26,P<0.01).The problem solving,illusion,retreat and the subjective support could predict the self-rated health(R 2=0.315,P<0.01).Conclusion The coping style and social support can affect the self-rated health condition.We should improve the level of social support,improve the coping style and improve the health level of self-evaluation.
