摘　　要：高校人才培养模式改革的重要目标是提高大学生的就业质量。综合素质测评是衡量大学生综合素质的重要手段。本文在分析大学生综合素质测评的目的、意义及存在的不足的基础上,结合药学类专业的特点,以提高大学生就业质量为目的,构建符合药学类专业大学生的综合素质测评体系。The important goal of the reform of personnel training mode in Colleges and universities is to improve the quality of employment of university students.Comprehensive quality assessment is an important measure to measure the comprehensive quality of college students.Based on the analysis of the purpose,significance and shortcomings of the comprehensive quality evaluation of College students,this paper combines the characteristics of pharmacy specialty, aiming at improving the quality of employment of College students,and constructs a comprehensive quality evaluation systemfor college students majoring in pharmacy.
