摘　　要：课程建设是人才培养的基石。在《昆虫生理与生物化学》课程建设中,通过加强师资队伍建设、优化教学模块、更新教学内容、变革教学方式与教学手段、建设试验与实践教学基地和完善课程管理体系等手段,全方位提升了学生的自主思考、自我思辨和开拓创新的能力,对研究生完成论文设计与开展科学研究具有明显的推动作用。Course construction is the cornerstone for the training of postgraduate students.In the course construction of "Insect Physiology and Biochemistry",the independent thinking,self-speculation,opening-up and innovative ability of the students have been promoted in an all-round way by strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing teaching modules,updating teaching contents,changing teaching methods and means,building experimental and practical teaching bases and improving the course management system.It has an obvious impetus for students to complete the thesis design and carry out scientific research.
