摘　　要：本文通过对新工科建设的现状分析,结合多年建筑电气与智能化专业建设经验以及现阶段工程教育存在的问题分析,围绕专业人才的社会需求,提出校企共建“智能楼宇”产业学院的新工科建设思路。Based on the analysis of the present situation of the construction of 3E,combined with years of experience in building electrical engineering and intelligence technology,proposed the problems that existed in engineering education.Put forward the idea of establish the "Intelligence Building Institute" with university and enterprise.This is our thought of 3E's research and practice.
