基于综合型人才培养的高校工科青年教师工程实践能力提升模式探索

摘　　要：根据综合型应用型人才培养的需要,分析了高校青年教师的工程实践能力的重要性以及高校工科青年教师的工程实践能力的现状。根据我校青年教师工程实践能力提升培训经验,探索综合型人才培养要求下高校工科青年教师应该具备的工程实践能力和采取的培养措施,可供同等院校青年教师作为提升实践能力的参考。According to the needs of the cultivating synthesis talent,the paper analyzed the importance and the current situation of the engineering practice ability of young teacher in universities.We explored the engineering practice ability which the young teachers in universities should possess and which training measures should adopt to based on the promotion experiences of young teacher’s engineering practice ability in our university.The other school and universities could refer to this training way.
