摘  要:聚合物太阳能电池由于其质轻、价廉和可大面积生产等优点而备受学术界关注。活性层材料、活性层形貌和器件结构的界面调控对于提高电池性能至关重要。主要对共轭聚电解质做聚合物太阳能电池阴极界面层的结构设计和光电性能的探讨,优异的界面材料能够改善活性层和电极的接触界面能级,使得更利于电荷在阴极的提取和收集,最终提高器件的光电转换效率和稳定性。通过对共轭聚电解质结构设计和光电性能的学习有利于更好地设计出更高效率的聚合物太阳能电池。Due to their light weight,low cost and large-area production,polymer solar cells have attracted much attention in academic circle.It is critical to improve cells'performance through the molecule design and morphology regulation of active layer,and interface modification of device structure.In this paper,photoelectric properties of the conjugated polyelectrolyte as the cathode interface layer of polymer solar cells is studied.The interface layer can regulate the energy level between active layer and electrode to facilitate the charge extraction and collection at cathode interface,ultimately improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of device.It is more efficient to design a high efficient polymer solar cells through studying the photoelectric properties of conjugated polyelectrolytes.
