摘　　要：针对以人为核心的街道场所功能回归,探讨了活动驱动的街道治理方法,剖析了街道的功能特征和空间特征,提出了新时期街道治理的理念转变和方法逻辑,并以《福田区街道设计导则》为例进行了说明。基于对福田区街道参与者活动特征的全时段、多维度调查,细致分析各类人群及其活动对街道空间、设施、环境等的诉求,以活动需求特征分析为统领,协调街道交通功能与公共空间功能,以注重参与者的体验为导向,精细化设计街道整体空间环境,实现“道”向“街”的升级,重塑街道空间,复兴街道生活。Aiming at the function regression of human-centered street space, the paper discusses the approach of activitydriven street renovation. The article analyzes the functional and spatial characteristics of streets, and puts forward the notion transformation and the approach logic of street renovation in the new period, and takes futian street design guide as an example to illustrate. Based on the all-day-long, multi-dimensional investigation of Futian street participants’ activity characteristics, the appeals of all the street participants and their activities to street space, street facilities, street environment are analyzed detailedly. Taking the characteristic analysis of activities' needs as the guidance to coordinates the street traffic function and the public space function. Focusing on the experience of the street participants to precisely design the overall street space and environment, remodel the street space, revitalize the street life.
