摘 要:随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,“蓉欧快铁”迅速发展,而其运价一直处于较低水平,制定合理的运价具有重要的现实意义。在定量分析不同运输企业的运输时间、运输费用的基础上,建立不同运输企业的广义费用函数,并结合logit模型,确定运输企业的分担率模型。在运输企业收益最大化的基础上,建立运输企业运价博弈模型。针对该博弈模型,利用迭代算法进行求解。最后,结合算例,得出在不同分担率条件下运输企业的定价策略。With the development of the 'One Belt, One Road', Chengdu-Europe express railway has developed rapidly, and its freight rate has been at a low level. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a reasonable tariff for it. Based on quantitative analysis of transportation time, transportation cost and cargo loss rate of different transportation enterprises, this paper establishes the generalized cost function of different transportation enterprises, and combines the Logit model to determine the sharing rate model of transportation enterprises. On the basis of maximizing the income of transportation enterprises, the game model of freight rate for transportation enterprises is established. For the game model, an iterative algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, combined with the example, the pricing strategy of transportation enterprises under different sharing rates is obtained.
