摘 要:基于台架试验,对利用辅助功率单元(APU)动态协调控制策略的发动机工况切换进行研究,并分析了发动机在起动过程、加速加载切换过程、减速减载切换过程的转速超调量和转矩超调量。提出了基于转矩模型的动态协调控制策略,能够保证发动机在工况切换时基本沿着最佳等效燃油消耗线运行,具有切换用时短、转速超调量和转矩超调量低的优点。工况点之间切换用时最低为0.6s;整个过程中最大转速超调量约为150r/min,与最大转速之比为5.4%;最大转矩超调量约为35N·m,与最大转矩之比为15.7%。试验结果表明:通过提高发动机怠速转速,可以加速暖机过程,并且不会造成发动机起动过慢的问题;在发动机起动初期,适当降低喷油量甚至断油,不影响发动机的起动性能,可实现油耗降低。A bench test of a hybrid engine with auxiliary power unit(APU) dynamic coordinated control strategy was carried out during the mode transition phase, and the dynamic characteristics of the engine during the transition phase, such as starting and variable speed and load were analyzed. The dynamic coordinated control strategy based on a torque model was designed to ensure that the engine runs along the optimal fuel consumption curve during the transition time in order to achieve the advantage of short transition time and low speed and torque overshoot. Results show that by increasing the engine idle speed, the warm-up process can be accelerated without causing the engine to start too slowly. Moreover, in the early stage of engine start-up, a proper fuel injection can achieve low fuel consumption without affecting engine starting performance.
