摘  要:为实现葵花籽仁中含量跨度较大的多种元素一次性消解、准确、同时和快速检测,以新疆栽培新品种葵花籽仁为材料,建立一种葵花籽仁中31种矿质元素,包括锂(Li)、铍(Be)、硼(B)、钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、铝(Al)、硅(Si)、磷(P)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、钛(Ti)、矾(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、钼(Mo)、银(Ag)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、钡(Ba)、汞(Hg)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)和铋(Bi)同时测定的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。葵花籽仁样品采用硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解,用铑(119Rh)作内标元素,使用标准和碰撞反应两种模式校正基体效应,再应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定。结果表明:所测定的31种元素线性范围达0~2000μg·L^-1,检出限MDL为0.5~5000μg·kg^-1,线性方程相关关系r≥0.9929,方法精密度RSD≤13.4%,加标回收率77.3%~133.3%,国家标准物质黄豆粉(GBW10013)中31种元素测得值基本都在标准值允许范围内。测定的31种矿质元素经回收率、精密度和检出限等可行性检验,确定本试验所建立的是一种葵花籽仁中多种矿质元素同时、准确、快速测定的可靠方法。本研究还比较了不同葵花籽仁新品种中矿质元素的含量,从而为优质葵花新品种的选育和葵花籽产品质量标准完善提供有利依据。We simultaneously determined the contents of 31 mineral elements (Li, Be, B, Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Sr, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb, and Bi) in edible sunflower seed kernel and oil-extracted sunflower seed kernel by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). This method realizes one-time digestion, accurate, simultaneous and rapid detection of various elements with large content span in sunflower seed kernel. Sunflower seed samples were digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Rhodium(119Rh) was used as internal standards in determination of elements. Standard and Kinetic Energy Discrimination modes have been applied to overcome matrix effects, then measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The determination has been quantified by external standard method. Following parameters was obtained: The linear range of 31 elements: 0 to 2000 μg·kg^-1;the method detection limits(MDL) of 31 elements: 0.5 to 5000 μg·kg^-1;the linear equation correlation r≥0.9929;Method precision RSD≤13.4%. Spike recovery: 77.3% to 133.3%. The value of 31 elements measured by national standard substance soybean powder (GBW10013) is basically within the allowable range of standard value. The 31 mineral elements were tested by feasibility test such as recovery rate, precision and detection limit. The method established in this paper is a reliable method for simultaneous, accurate and rapid determination of various mineral elements in sunflower seed kernels. In this study, we have compared and analyzed the differences of mineral elements contents in new varieties of sunflower seed kernel, which provided a favorable basis for the breeding of high-quality sunflower varieties and the optimizing of sunflower seed product quality standards.
