摘  要:目的探寻指纹试剂京尼平新型配方的优缺点,以及该试剂显现复杂背景纸张上潜在汗液指印的前景。方法利用京尼平的新配方配制试剂,通过自然光或以多波段光源激发来观察显现效果,将其与传统的茚二酮、茚三酮、DFO显现效果进行比较并分析。结果在自然光下茚三酮的显现效果及显现率优于京尼平试剂。在多波段光源激发下的荧光效果,京尼平试剂最好,显现率高。结论京尼平的新配方在多波段光源激发下的显现效果强于目前常用试剂,可以应用于现场指纹的显现。Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the new-formulated Genipin and its prospect for developing latent sweat ngerprints on paper with perplexing background. Methods The new-formulated Genipin was prepared and its fingerprint developing effect being observed under natural/multi-band light source, with the fingerprint visualization compared against that resulted from the traditional handling by Indadione, Ninhydrin or DFO. Results Under natural light, Ninhydrin is better than new-formulated Genipin for their ngerprint developing effect and rate. Yet, the new- formulated-Genipin shows the best uorescent effect and development rate under multi-band light. Conclusions The new- formulated Genipin is more effective than the traditional reagents to develop latent sweat ngerprints when illuminated with multi-band light, therefore capable of being applied to develop ngerprints at/out from crime scene.
