摘 要:宝鸡市是陕西省海绵城市建设省级试点城市之一,其水资源极度匮乏,雨水资源化利用势在必行,海绵城市建设意义重大。年径流总量控制率是海绵城市规划控制目标中的首要指标,利用宝鸡市1983年~2013年的日降雨资料,推求出15%~95%的年径流总量控制率与设计降雨量的对应关系,使年径流总量控制率指标更具有针对性,为宝鸡市中心城区、蟠龙新区和高新区海绵城市建设提供指导。Baoji is one of the provincial-level pilot cities for sponge city construction in Shaanxi Province. Its water resources are extremely scarce, and the utilization of rainwater resources is imperative. The construction of sponge city is of great significance. The annual total runoff control rate is the most important index in the control target of sponge city planning. Based on the daily rainfall data of Baoji from 1983 to 2013, the corresponding relationship between the annual total runoff control rate of 15%~ 95% and the designed rainfall is deduced, which makes the annual total runoff control rate index more pertinent & suitable, which may provide guidance for sponge city construction of Baoji downtown, Panlong New Area and High- Tech Area.
