呋喃唑酮与阿莫西林三联疗法联用对幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者的临床疗效与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的分析评价呋喃唑酮与阿莫西林三联疗法联用对幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法方便选取该院于2017年10月—2018年10月接收诊治的幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者80例作为研究对象,随机分成两组:对观察组(40例)患者采用呋喃唑酮与阿莫西林三联疗法联用治疗,对对照组(40例)患者采用阿莫西林三联疗法治疗,治疗8周后,观察比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果与对照组的治疗总有效率62.50%相比,观察组92.50%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.971,P<0.05)。与对照组的不良反应发生率30.00%相比,观察组10.00%明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.167,P<0.05)。结论采用呋喃唑酮与阿莫西林三联疗法联用治疗幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡,不但临床疗效显著,并且安全性较高,值得在临床上广泛应用和推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of furazolidone combined with amoxicillin triple therapy in patients with gastric ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori.Methods Eighty patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected gastric ulcer who convenient received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:furazolidone and amoxicillin were used in the observation group(40 patients).The combination therapy was performed with triple therapy,and the control group(40 patients)was treated with amoxicillin triple therapy.After 8 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 62.50%,and the observation group was significantly higher than the 92.50%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.971,P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group of 30.00%,the observation group was significantly lower at 10.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.167,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of furazolidone and amoxicillin triple therapy for the treatment of gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori infection is not only clinically effective,but also safe,and it is worthy of widespread application and promotion in clinical practice.
