摘　　要：目的 探讨术中持续神经导航在脑内低级别胶质瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析郑州大学附属肿瘤医院神经外科2013-06—2017-03在术中持续神经导航辅助下行显微外科手术治疗的脑内低级别胶质瘤患者106例。术后72h内复查头部MRI平扫+增强结合患者术前症状改善情况评价手术效果。结果 所有病例经病理证实为低级别胶质瘤,术后MRI提示肿瘤全切除73例,次全切除12例,部分切除19例,活检2例;治愈85例,好转16例,无效2例,恶化3例。颅内感染4例,经积极抗感染治疗后好转,颅内血肿2例,经二次手术后好转,无手术死亡。结论 术中持续神经导航有助于最大程度安全切除肿瘤,术后并发症少。Objective To explore the application of intra operative continuous neuronavigation in the surgery of low grade glioma. Methods 106 patients with low grade glioma were analyzed retrospectively who underwent microsurgery assisted by the intra operative continuous neuronavigation in our department from June 2013 to march 2017.The operation effects were evaluated by head MRI within 72 hours after operation and the improvement of pre operative symptoms. Results There were 46 males and 60 females,aged from 3 to 68 years with average (40.6±10.3) years.All the cases were confirmed low grade glioma by pathology in which total resection 73 cases,subtotal resection 12 cases,partial resection 19 cases,biopsy 2 cases respectively showed by post operative MRI.85 cases were cured,16 cases improved,2 cases ineffective and 3 cases deteriorated.There were 4 cases intracranial infection and 2 cases intracranial hematoma which improved after anti infection treatment and secondary operation respectively,No operative death occurred. Conclusion Intra operative continuous neuronavigation is helpful for maximum extent safely resection of tumors with less post operative complications.
