摘　　要：目的:探讨莫沙必利片配合双歧三联活菌胶囊对肠易激综合征的疗效及对患者血液学指标及肠敏感度的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年2月本院收治的94例肠易激综合征患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组给予双歧三联活菌胶囊,观察组在双歧三联活菌胶囊基础上加用莫沙必利片,比较两组患者疗效、血液学指标及肠敏感度。结果:观察组总有效率82.98%高于对照组的63.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生长抑素(SS)水平低于对照组、神经肽(NPY)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹痛评分、腹泻评分、总分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利片对肠易激综合征疗效显著,可以有效改善血液学指标和肠敏感度,可以推广于临床。Objective:To investigate the effect of Mosapride Tablets combined with bifid triple live capsule on irritable bowel syndrome and its effects on hematological parameters and intestinal sensitivity.Method:A total of 94 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was given the Bifid Triple Live Bacteria Capsule,the observation group added Mosapride Tablets on the basis of the Bifid Triple Live Bacteria Capsule.The efficacy,hematological parameters and intestinal sensitivity of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 82.98%,which was higher than that of the control group 63.83%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SS level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the NPY level in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the abdominal pain score,diarrhea score,the total score in observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium Triple Live Capsule combined with Mosapride Tablets has a significant effect on irritable bowel syndrome,which can effectively improve hematological parameters and intestinal sensitivity,it can be extended to the clinic.
