奥曲肽联合常规疗法治疗急性胰腺炎的效果及对胰腺血流的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥曲肽联合常规疗法治疗急性胰腺炎的效果及对胰腺血流的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年2月本院收治的急性胰腺炎患者92例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规疗法治疗,观察组采用奥曲肽联合常规疗法治疗,对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平(IL-8、TNF-α、CRP)、胰头和胰尾的血流指标(BV、BF、PS)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组的63.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胰头和胰尾的BV、BF均高于对照组,PS均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性胰腺炎患者应用奥曲肽联合常规疗法治疗,可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率,降低血清炎症因子水平,改善胰头和胰尾的血流状态,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Octreotide combined with conventional therapy in treatment of acute pancreatitis and the effect on the blood flow of the pancreas.Method:A total of 92 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while observation group was treated with Octreotide combined with conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors(IL-8,TNF-α,CRP),blood flow indices of head and tail of pancreas(BV,BF,PS)between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,which was higher than 63.0%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-8,TNF-αand CRP in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BV and BF in head and tail of pancreas in observation group were higher than those of control group,and PS was lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide combined with conventional therapy for acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the blood flow state of the head and tail of pancreas,which is worthy of popularization and application.
